Listening is a fast track to being more present, engaged, and effective; what’s more, it helps build relationships and trust along the way (two commodities in high demand in the business world.) But too often, we’re just waiting for our moment to speak.

Participants in this session hone active listening techniques for running meetings, reaching clients, holding sales calls, and simply being a good co-worker.
